I recently went down the John Wooden rabbit hole again and he is amazing! So much wisdom packed into such a simple pyramid. In fact, I just ordered a poster of it!

I felt so involved with you journey reading this! It's so impressive to me that your coach gave you a framework that helped you in so many different places in life. The final moment with your sister <3 Another great essay! Need to print out this triangle for myself now...

Great post illustrating Wooden's philosophy in your own life. Looking forward to parts 2 - 4! I especially resonated with your reflection of how enjoyable new things are in the beginning because there is so much room for fast improvement. I am a junkie for that phase and tend to slow down and lose motivation often when reaching the refining phase.
