Great ending to a great series, Rach. It's been an absolute pleasure to go through all four pieces while witnessing the genesis of them. This one turned out awesome and very unique and original: this is your own model/format (you should copyright it :)) and you just showed how it can be easily applied to any case. I personally believe that qualitative metrics always win over quantitative ones in the long term. Thank you for writing this.
This is so fucking good and so timely. Actually, this is always timely because when aren't we all struggling with this?
I feel like there's so much fluidity in this, maybe grace and discipline look different at different points with different things, etc. I guess life is an ongoing journey of adjusting what you lean into accordingly with any given moment. Enjoying your writing as always, Rach!
Thank you, Sandra, for your kind words (spoken by the Introspection Ninja 🥷🏽). I love the way you put it -- there's so much fluidity in leaning in to grace or discipline in order to calibrate ourselves on our true path...whatever that path may be.
Rachael! This is just a brilliant finish of your 4-part series. Even before reading Silvio's comment below I was thinking along the same lines, that the graceful discipline scale is something you can run with. At the least, this 4-part series could easily be published as the Ultimate Guide to Self-Coaching, and The Graceful Discipline Scale could also be a full book. Loving your writing and watching your growth. Great job.
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words, Rick. And for all your support along the way! I appreciate you mentioning the Graceful Discipline Scale could be a full book, as I think I'll have more to say on it in the future.

Silvio, thank you for supporting me throughout the series. I value your feedback and your friendship. You've helped me in many ways
It's the same for me, Rachael. :)
I agree!

Thanks for sharing your unique counterpoint integrating your qualitative approach with your quantitative tendencies. As always, your writing sparkles.
Thank you, Tai!
I love the term graceful discipline. That’s going to stick with me.
This series was just brilliant. And I know many people going through forced career transitions that need to read this essay.
Your voice is shining even brighter with each essay. Thank you for writing this.
Thank you for reading, Camilo. I've been feeling the outer and inner turbulence, but writing this helped me land the plane last week.
